Propio Language Services is transforming communication by developing tools and technologies that make it easier and more efficient for clients to engage with the Limited English Proficiency Population to improve access to healthcare and essential services in social services, education, legal, and many others.As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize the product backlog, work with the product owner, development teams, and maintain the vision of the product. Additionally, youwill develop the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), work closely with the UIUX teams to streamline the user experience, and assist with product road-map development.We're looking for someone who understands the big picture but can dive into the details. Someone who can quickly understand what's possible, make a plan, prioritize the work, and lead teams to deliver great products and features. Product Managers at Propio are data-driven decision makers, building new features and products that touch people looking for language services. We expect a Product Mangers to help explore key opportunities for growth, create stellar customer experiences and support all aspects of the business.The Product Manager role is primarily responsible for:Collaborate with internal teams on new product features, improvements, and user journeysWork closely with sales and client successto define customer business problems, develop a solution, and communicate delivery timelinesWork with senior management and contribute to the formulation of Propio's overall product vision and strategyDevelop product roadmaps aligned with business priorities, client requests, and stakeholder needsWrite product requirements, collaborate with UX designers and the development team to develop a solution to business problemsTranslate business requirements into functional user stories for the development team.Work with the product owner working within an agile team in executing product backlog in a prioritized way.Build trust and effective relationships with peers and cross-functional teamsEffectively drive engagement with new features and enhancementsTrack success of features and maintain a feedback loop with core stakeholdersDevelop and deliver product training to internal key stakeholders for new product releasesWork closely with other teams or team members to create materials including white papers, help documentation, blog posts, and customer presentations Collaborate across internal partners (Sales, Client Success, Implementation, Development, and Marketing) as well as external customers to understand challengesrequirements for innovative solutions that help customers get to agreement faster Co-ordinate and execute betapilot releasesManage assigned Product Owners.Role RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, a related field or an industry related disciplineMust have prior 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software development environmentStrong ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across all departments within the organizationAbility to make key decisions under a cloud of uncertainty with limited informationExperienced working with Scrum development methodology serving in the product ManagerroleAbility to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environmentsDemonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrior experience within the Healthcare tech space is a plusCERTIFICATES: • Pragmatic Marketing Certification is Preferred but not required
