Job Description

This position provides clerical and administrative support to a group of attorneys, legal secretaries and paralegals. This is a hands-on position that involves working collaborative with clients and employees of the firm. Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day records operation.Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as scanning, data entry, filing, copying, and other related task as needed.Enter confidential data into database.Locating and delivering of physical files.Coordinate records maintenance project.Responsible for the accurate identification of documents.Deliver and retrieve files from court. Download document from court website. Qualifications 2-3 year's experience in records document management.Legal Key, iManage, FileSite, AccutracMicrosoft officeIron MountainAbility to interact effectively with staff and senior managementMust be detail oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
