"To be obvious choice for guiding clients to joyfully steward their resources." The paraplanner will assist the financial advisor(s) with the financial planning workflow and delivering an exceptional client service experience. This position requires high standards of professional ethics, compliance with legalregulatory requirements, and continued advancement of knowledge and skills. Responsibilities and time allocation may change over time to meet the needs of the practice. Responsibilities and Duties:Execute securities trades and money movementProficient in the six areas of financial planningCollaboration with clients for data collection and financial planning software inputCollaboration with financial advisor(s) during financial plan designPrepare financial planning recommendations and product solutions for financial advisor(s) reviewDevelop portfolio product solution recommendations and product deliverables based on client needsPrepare client meeting materials, follow-up letters, applications, forms, and compliance documentsAdvanced knowledge of all financial planning software (NaviPlan, MoneyGuide Pro, Thomson One, etc.)Advanced knowledge of all technology platforms (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Client Viewer, etc.)Interface with clients via telephone, email, and in service meetings to answer questions and provide information to them as it related to their accounts and financial plansInterface with corporate office team members and work together to resolve problemsSubmit and integrate relevant compliance documents and initiativesTrack workflows and run reportsReview and update client information and attendparticipate in service meetings, as necessaryMaintain regular client contact and resolve client service problemsAttributes:Cheerful attitude and friendly to all peopleWorks well independently and within a teamExceptional communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTechnologically savvyEfficient time managementHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-taskCoachable and desire to continue learningEducation and Designations:College degree or higher2+ years of related experience preferredAble to obtain the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQPâ„¢) designationHave or be able to obtain the necessary securities licenses and registrations, including:Series 7, Series 66, and Alabama lifeaccidenthealth insuranceNote: This position is on-site only and does not offer a remote work option.Any questions, resumes, or other application documents may be submitted to Jaclyn Terry ().
