Our client, a 500+ attorney defense firm, has immediate needs for employment Litigation attorneys with 10+ years of experience. Mostly remote but will handle in-person events. Billable hours target of 1850 (hours are negotiable depending on the candidate). No business development expectations and no requirement to source their own work. Looking for employment attorneys with experience handling administrative chargesdemand letters, single plaintiff litigation and classPAGA cases (is a plus). Mostly handling partner level work such as case strategy, depositions, hearings, conferences, trials, review of work product. These are permanent W-2 positions with benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401K) and bonus potential. Pay $200,000. Must be a member of the California bar and reside in the state of California.
