The ideal candidate will bring experience in Family Law, demonstrating proactive initiative and the ability to efficiently complete tasks with the support of our experienced legal team.We offer a full-time position requiring effective caseload management. Candidates must be prepared to work atleast 40 hours weekly, with options for remote work. Compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 in the first year. We also offer bonus incentives for those who significantly contribute to the firm's profitability. Following a probationary period, additional benefits such as Health Insurance will be provided.The successful candidate will be highly organized, dependable, adept at navigating the complexities of family law, and skilled in both interoffice communication and client relations. A comfort with billable hours and a diverse clientele is essential.
