Our firm's litigation group represents banking and financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, closely-held businesses and individuals in complex litigation in state and federal courts.QualificationsAdmitted in New Jersey and New York5-6 years of litigation experienceExperience drafting pleadings, motions and other papers in litigations and arbitrationsExperience taking and defending depositionsExperience appearing in court and other forums for motions andor trialsAbility to manage a workload of multiple clients and competing deadlinesCommitment to exceeding client needsexpectations in an effective mannerExperience communicating orally and in writing with clients, experts, witnesses, opposing counsel and judgesExcellent analytical ability and writing skillsCompensationThe salary range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000 (exempt).
