Responsibilities include:DiscoveryResponding to discovery;Reviewing documents and legal research;Draft legal documents including subpoenas, complaints, summons, etc.;Assist with assembling of trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions and mediations;Calendar upcoming court hearings and other deadlines;Draft, revise and finalize letters, briefs and memos;Collaborate with supervising Attorney and provide general administrative support;Qualified candidates will have an ABA Paralegal Certificate and 2+ years' of litigation experience. Must have knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures and court guidelines.
