I am partnered with a leading Top 20 law firm that is looking to hire a mid-level corporate associate, within specific experience in PE transactions who is ready to take the next step in their career and be the lead associate on transactions.The firm in question are the outside counsel to multiple leading Investment funds and are adding associates as their clients are gearing up for a flurry of transactions in 2024.The right candidate will have experience from a Top 50 law firm with experience within M&A transactions above $200m in value and have a solid understanding of all types of M&A transactions.
