Xtel is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Major Account Executive to join our team.Job DescriptionThe Major Account Executive will prospect to mid-size and enterprise level businesses and sell Xtel's full suite of strategic products and services. The successful candidate will be expected to make professional presentations to prospects, both through on site and remote meetings, with the relevant decision makers.Desired Skills:Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner with executives up to the Boardroom level.Experience in leveraging social networking to find and convert new prospects into customers.Ability to conduct, consult and collaborate with prospects to understand specific business needs and provide innovative solutions aligned to meet their specific infrastructure requirements.Possess a motivated mentality and track record of sales success.Qualifications:Our ideal candidate should have significant experience in selling Voice, VoIP, Unified Communications, Collaboration, Managed Solutions and Network Security solutions to the mid-size and enterprise business market.This role will travel as needed while managing time towards maximizing face time with target clients.Additional information on Xtel can be found at
