We hold ourselves to the highest standards and pride ourselves on our core values: partner success, innovation, integrity, student-centered, and humor.The Education Strategy Team is responsible for bridging the gap between technology and education to ensure the Parsec Suite Platforms are deeply embedded within the education system to support positive change for students. The Learning Integration Specialist will work directly with partners to support the effective use of each of the platforms in Parsec's Suite: Analytics, Academy, and Real. This includes onboarding, professional development workshops to utilize the platform coupled with best practices in education such as effective professional learning communities, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data for decision making, and engaging student voice.  This role requires a unique combination of skills in education, technology, project management and adult learning theory to support the deep and effective implementation of our educational technology solutions within school systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high-quality instruction, improvement science, and various state and federal requirements in education. This position calls for a dynamic, innovative professional who is passionate about making a real difference in the education sector.Responsibilities: Support the integration of Parsec's technology solutions into educational settings, ensuring alignment with curricular goals and standards.Work closely with partners to integrate technology in a way that enhances learning outcomes.Utilize data analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of technology implementations.
