We hold ourselves to the highest standards and pride ourselves on our core values: partner success, innovation, integrity, student-centered, and humor.The Education Strategy Team is responsible for bridging the gap between technology and education to ensure the Parsec Suite Platforms are deeply embedded within the education system to support positive change for students. The Learning Integration Specialist will work directly with partners to support the effective use of each of the platforms in Parsec's Suite: Analytics, Academy, and Real. This includes onboarding, professional development workshops to utilize the platform coupled with best practices in education such as effective professional learning communities, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data for decision making, and engaging student voice.  This role requires a unique combination of skills in education, technology, project management and adult learning theory to support the deep and effective implementation of our educational technology solutions within school systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high-quality instruction, improvement science, and various state and federal requirements in education. This position calls for a dynamic, innovative professional who is passionate about making a real difference in the education sector.Responsibilities: Support the integration of Parsec's technology solutions into educational settings, ensuring alignment with curricular goals and standards.Work closely with partners to integrate technology in a way that enhances learning outcomes.Utilize data analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of technology implementations. Prepare reports on usage, outcomes, and areas for improvement.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educational partners, including school districts and charter systems, by understanding their needs and providing tailored support.Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized data-driven solutions to address partner-specific challenges and promote student achievement.Stay informed of current trends and best practices in educational technology and data analytics, sharing knowledge with the team and partners to drive continuous improvement.Additional duties as assignedExperience: Bachelor's degree in Education, Data Science, or a related field10+ years of experience in the education or EdTech industry, with a focus on data-driven decision making and partner engagement.Strong understanding of K-12 education, data analytics, improvement science and the role of technology in improving student outcomes.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and making a positive impact on the world of education.Benefits:Great medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsIn addition to 14 observed holidays, team members have unlimited paid time off401(k) plan with employer matchEmployer Paid Life InsuranceCurrent Hybrid Environment - In Office: Monday-Wednesday, Remote: Thursday-FridayCompetitive Bonus StructureAwesome Collaborative Office Space located in Downtown FresnoSalary range is dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience.
