Job Description

Position Summary The Sr. Real Estate Analyst provides Real Estate investment alternatives to BSI's clients. The Sr. Real Estate Analyst researches and analyze information within the US Commercial Real Estate market to evaluate options that are viable Commercial Real Estate opportunities for our clients. The Sr. Real Estate Analyst may participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyze Real Estate opportunities in the U.S. market for Bankers to offer investment alternatives to clients that want to include Real Estate as an asset in their portfolios, by performing the following: • Analyze financial and economic models to support business cases and investment decisions of Commercial Real Estate opportunities. • Provide support in the preparation of Real Estate opportunities to clients based on current and future economic trends. • Provide support as needed, for the closing of any Real Estate transaction. • Research and provide information about common practices in the U.S. market including cap rates, closing stages and periods, parties involved. • Maintain Database up to date with information about investors, investments, brokers and key information of Commercial U.S. markets andor Europe. • Track key international markets, including the U.S. and Latin America markets. • Prepare reports, presentations and marketing materials as needed. • Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree required or equivalent experience 3 - 5 years of relevant experience or demostrated required level of proficiency "• Knowledgeable of the Private Banking industry.• Knowledgeable of the U.S. Commercial Real Estate market.• Strong presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.• Strong relationship building skills at all levels in an organization.• Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.• Detail oriented and ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment." NA English and Spanish. Duties are performed in an office environment. Physical demands could involve any or all of the following: digital dexterity and handeye coordination in the operation of office equipment; light to moderate lifting (10-20 lbs.) and carrying of supplies, files, etc; the ability to speak to and hear customers andor other employees both telephone calling and in person; and body motor skills sufficient to enable the incumbent to move from one office location to another.
