Here, we stay focused on quality and consistency in every batch, almost making food personally upon order.Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee warehouse, pick and pack and assigned teams.  Coordinates and execution of all aspects of day-to-day operations within our warehouse.  Responsible for managing key aspects of Warehouse and Pick & Pack areas and pack team, ensuring safety, compliance, and transparency are met, and improving overall efficiency and productivity.  If you enjoy learning and making a meaningful impact by encouraging a steady pace, ensuring professional customer service, and excelling in problem solving in a startup environment then consider applying for this opportunity.Schedule: Monday through Friday Operational hours are 7 AM to 5:30 PM Position: ExemptSalary Range: $65,000 - $75,000Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that all warehouse processes and procedures are followed correctly, including receiving, picking, packing, storage, and shipping of productsitemsDevelop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and accuracyLead, Manage, and Train a team of Warehouse and Pick & Pack staff, including hiring and performance managementEnsure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions and documentationAbility to review forecast data to develop resource plans to effectively meet established weeklymonthly demandMaintain a safe and clean working environment. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsMonitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping using WMS.Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policyConducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differencesReplenishes stock and inventory as neededEnsures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouseTransfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departmentsMonitors expenditures, implements corrective actions, if neededEnforces operating instructions and safety policiesResolves routine equipment issuesCollaborate with other departments, including Production, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Administration, and Product Development to develop goals and objectives and work processes and procedures to improve efficiency of warehouse practicesIdentify and implement process improvement, customer satisfaction, and reduce costsPerform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresMaintain accurate records of warehouse activities. Prepare and report KPI's (Throughput, Shipping Errors, Fulfillment Times, Cost Analysis, etc.)Provide support and assistance to other departments as neededEstablish 5S compliant workspaces and environmentsPerform other duties as assignedRequirement and Competencies:• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and standards • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems Proficient skills with data entry and inventory software and systemsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesProven leadership and team management skills• Ability to lift and move heavy objectsAbility to work effectively under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlinesAbility to traincertify employees on PIT equipmentEducation and Experience:Associates degree in Business Administration or similar discipline required; bachelor's degree     preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the Food Manufacturing IndustryForklift Certified current
