If so, then the Senior Financial Analyst role on our BP&A team is the place for you to learn from industry leaders and grow your career!Responsibilities include:Actively drive annual and long range budgeting processesIndependently analyze and report financial performance against planBuild and maintain complex financial models to support corporate decision makingPartner with operational specialists and build relationships within the business. Coordinate and execute analyses with cross-functional teams; build solutions, provide answers and think creativelyDevelop key business strategies to accelerate our growth and success; communicate critical findings across the team and broader corporationGain exposure to the company's most pressing challenges and strategic priorities, with an opportunity to drive outcomes through strategic analysisRegular presentation to Senior Executives on forecast and operational strategiesRequirements:3-5 years of Financial Analysis experience; Consulting, Investment Banking, FP&A, or Big 4 experience preferredBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferredExcellent analytical and quantitative skillsProven aptitude with Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work within tight deadlines and time manage across multiple projectsExperience presenting to senior managementWe care about our culture, but we also prioritize your needs! This position has a starting salary range of $80,500 to $102,700 per year.Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
