Kramer Law Group is a plaintiff's personal injury law firm located in West Jordan, Utah. We are looking for a positive, self-motivated paralegal with 3-5 years experience in personal injury litigation (preferably Spanish speaking) who will help make a difference in our client's lives while promoting our firm's core values of (1) integrity, (2) respect, (3) positivity, (4) communication, (5) work smart, (6) continuous growth, and (7) preparation. We strongly believe in teamwork and strive to create a positive environment where staff feel supported and empowered in the performance of their duties. As a core member of our litigation team, a well-qualified candidate will actively administer discovery and case management tasks; manage litigation deadlines; and help develop cases for trial. This position will require frequent interaction with clients, defense counsel, the court, insurance representatives, medical providers, and others involved in our clients' cases. Critical skills include competence with Word, Excel, and Adobe; excellent typing speed and accuracy; the ability to communicate clearly; a strong sense of advocacy; a dedication to teamwork; being detail-oriented and highly organized; self-motivation; and a capacity to prioritize and stay on task. The right candidate will be good with people and require little supervision to get the job done right. This position requires the majority of hours to be spent on-site in our West Jordan office.
