The Director of Scheduling will manage and oversee our scheduling department and work alongside pre-construction and operations teams, developing strategic and innovative solutions necessary to create successful project schedules. Responsibilities include creating project schedules, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, analyzing project timelines, and collaborating with the project team to track, refine, and optimize schedule solutions to exceed project scheduling goals and objectives. The Director of Scheduling will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
