We have approximately 250 team members and three manufacturing facilities in Kentucky. Our facilities boast 36 stamping presses, a state-of-the-art powder coating line, robotic welding, cosmetic stainless-steel finishing and numerous assembly operations.Precision Metal Works has an immediate opening for Outside Sales Representative. The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for selling PMW's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on our products and providing existing customers with exceptional support.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prospect and qualify new sales leads.Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.Track all sales activities and keep current by updating account information municate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.Meet andor exceed quotas.Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field6-8 years of sales experience.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.Excellent interpersonal skills.Highly self-motivated.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.PREFERRED:Sales experience in the metal stamping industryPHYSICAL DEMANDSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
