Our solutions are in use by nearly 40% of the Fortune 500, as well as the US Department of Homeland Security, and thousands of other businesses, large and small.We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at Fraud Fighter. Working closely with our sales executives you will be responsible for researching, identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, as well as growing the sales pipeline top-of-funnel, and cultivating relationships with key decision makers and influencers to better understand their needs and determine product fit for PALIDIN. Outreach will be conducted over the phone, via email andor on LinkedIn or other platforms to better understand a prospects needs, and if there is a good fit, scheduling qualified appointmentsdemos for our sales executives.The ideal candidate must possess a "hunter" mentality, knows how to successfully overcome objections and isn't afraid of doing what it takes to reach key decision makers. The SDR will have experience in B2B sales, is capable of building rapport with potential clients, and understands the importance of time management when it comes to prioritizing key tasks and responsibilities. Cross-department collaboration is crucial as the SDR will work with other members of our team and potential clients, as such, the ideal candidate must be a great listener, communicator and is able to utilize consultative selling techniques and strategic questioning to create new relationships and convey relevant information to potential clients.The SDR will report to the Director of Sales and will be trained on PALIDIN product knowledge to ultimately become a subject matter expert in IDdocument authentication and fraud prevention. As the PALIDIN sales team continues to scale, and the SDR has repeated met their monthly goalsmetricsKPIs, the ultimate goal is for the SDR to advance into a Junior Account Executive role where they will work along-side the Director of Sales or a Senior Sales Executive to help conduct product demonstrations with clients, create new opportunities in Salesforce and to effectively move a potential client from open-to-close, and upon closing an opportunity they will receive a significant commissions-based pensation: Competitive base salary plus a lucrative commission structure. Successful SDRs that meet their monthly goalsquotas can expect to make over $80k in their first year.NOTE - this is an "in office" position. Please don't apply if you are not within a reasonable commute distance from Glendora, CA 91740RESPONSIBILITIES:Research, identify and qualify new PALIDIN SaaS opportunities within the Banking, Auto Dealer Rental, Wealth Management, General lending & Insurance industries.Contact potential customers through multi-channel outreach, including phone, email, and LinkedIn, responsible for 70+ outreaches per dayEffectively articulate and raise customer interest in PALIDIN value proposition, while handling objections with empathy and professionalismSchedule deeper discovery meetings with qualified prospects for PALIDIN Sales ExecutivesMaintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date lead and opportunity data in Salesforce database.Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams to provide vital feedback on future product opportunities.Work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving startup culturePromote Fraud Fighter - you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers.QUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of experience in SaaStechnology sales with demonstrated successAssociates or Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent job experienceExperience in automotive, banking, and lending industries (preferred)Excellent communication skills. Positive attitude, tenacious, and hungry to build a lucrative sales pipeline for PALIDIN sales team.Adaptability and ability to think outside the box when addressing potential side sales or relevant experience selling over the phoneweb or customer facing retail eg.
