Job Title

We are currently looking for a Job Captain with 5-7yrs of experience in the Boston market! Preferably with experience in Retail but we are open to other industries such as Office space, Commercial, and Multi-FamilyMixed-Use. Qualifications:Professional degree in ArchitectureArchitecture Licensure preferredProficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.Minimum of 5-7 years of recent design office experience. Experience in retail projects a plus. Essential Skills and Responsibilities:Ability to graphically communicate an idea quickly and effectively, backed by strong technical capabilities regarding building construction and technologies, millwork detailing and consultant coordination.Participation in the full design process from conceptual design through Construction Administration as a member of a project teamExperience with fast paced, technical projectsStrong organizational skillsConduct site surveys and full code and accessibility reviewsPrepare design development and construction document packages with project team, consultants, contractors, and vendorsIf you or anyone you know may interested feel free to send me a message!
