We are actively seeking to hire a litigation associate with at least 4 years of experience in general commercial, securities, business, andor intellectual property litigation. A degree from a top-tier law school is required, as well as California bar membership. The candidate must be capable of working and learning independently. While not required, our preferred candidate would have a depth of experience in intellectual property litigation generally, and patent litigation in particular. Candidate should having a willingness to work on a broad range of litigation, however.Strong analytical and writing skills.Experience managing complex litigation, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions in state and federal court, drafting and opposing a range of motions, drafting and responding to discovery, ESIelectronic discovery.Proactive, entrepreneurial and resourceful, with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.Member of CA bar.Job Type: Full-time
