As an Independent Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to patients in an in-person, office-based environment. This position is within our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization, which provides a variety of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs. We seek a full-time and part-time Independent Licensed Therapist for our Braintree, Massachusetts location.Primary Responsibilities:Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disordersProvide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complicationsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in MassachusettsExperience with health psychologyExperience working with children or adolescentsExperience with couples or family counselingComfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentationsProven ability to work with patients in person and telehealthOnsite in Braintree, MATelehealth option 1-2 days a week if full-time.
