We have been retained to find a Chief Financial Officer in New York City. Must live within commuting distance of NYC.This is a confidential search, but on our first call we will share all information about the company and opportunity with you.QualificationsExperience working within middle-market companiesPE experience preferredAccounting transformation experience, while leading the controller and accounting teamLengthy experience living andor working in New York CityProven FP&A skillsOperational finance expertise - process improvement, labor optimization, revenue and customer analytics, product profitability, Capex planning, business planning, budgeting, and CF managementStrong leadership to build enhanced engagement between the finance department and other business functionsGravitas - style and competence influence peers and the broader organizationAbility to manage robust discussions and positively debate with the CEO, the peer leadership team, and the PE firmAnalytical and data-driven problem solverCPA requiredMBA, andor Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferredExperience closing books; GAAP accounting exposure important but not criticalHold firm to performance expectations and driving measurable resultsAlways consider and care about the people impact to business decisionsUS Citizens or green card holders only.
