We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in providing insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making within the organization.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ROI calculations, to support key business decisionsDevelop and maintain complex financial models to forecast company performance and evaluate investment opportunitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and provide support for budgeting and planning processesAssist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders, summarizing financial results and strategic initiativesIdentify risks and opportunities within the company's financial performance and recommend actionable solutions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunitiesMaintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform strategic planning effortsSupport special projects and initiatives as needed, providing financial analysis and expertise to drive successful outcomesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or preferred4-7 years of experience in financial analysis in a corporate finance environmentProficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP) is a plusProven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, as well as independently with minimal supervisionStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across the organizationDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of finance
