Job Description

As an On-Site Manager, you will manage and ensure accuracy of procedures forhiring, management, and termination of employees. Perform the following dutiespersonally or through subordinate staff.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Other duties may be assigned.ï‚· Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training all employeesordered from customers. Hiring includes working volumes of employeesthroughout multiple shifts.ï‚· Responsible to create and manage a digital pool of qualified candidates forhiring through the digital marketplace.ï‚· Responsible for creation and maintenance of Job board ads and social mediaposts.ï‚· Responsible to review digital marketplace dashboard analytics andemployee onboardingï‚· Manage accurate electronic records for all employees. Promptly transferassignments or end assignments in digital system as they occur.ï‚· Maintains accurate employee records for all employees.ï‚· Works daily with production managers and supervisors.ï‚· Responsible for accuracy of time submitted for, processing, and distributionof payroll. Will work with payroll department on weekly payroll checkcreation.ï‚· Works with payroll department on weekly creation of customer invoices.ï‚· Manages a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and safety in theworkforce.ï‚· Responsible for managing any injuries, violations of policy, coaching,discipline or termination of employees.ï‚· Manage records of attendance, performance and warning employees ofperformance problems. Responsible for all reprimands and termination ofemployees.ï‚· Responsible for managing and adhering to client specific conditionaldispatch requirements to meet compliance demands.ï‚· Maintain a positive and successful relationship with the customer inproblem solving staffing situations as they occur.ï‚· Keeps inventory on drug tests and safety suppliesï‚· Create badges and distribute safety equipment when applicable.ï‚· Communicates with the customer who will be arriving for orientations.ï‚· Conducts client specific orientations.ï‚· Notify employees of work cancellationï‚· Conduct one safety walkthrough per shift, per dayï‚· Coordinate and complete investigations into incidents, accidents or issuestimely and accurately consistent with the Injury & Illness PreventionProgram (IIPP).ï‚· Communicate all OSHA Labor Law changes for your area to theappropriate staff and that all signage is correct and up-to-date.ï‚· Reinforce all risk initiatives to staff and clients working in concert with theRisk DepartmentQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.
