Job Description

The ideal Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, benefits administration, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. ResponsibilitiesOversee full cycle of recruitment efforts.Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.Assist with benefits administration, and open municate handbook policies to employees and address any questions or concerns.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.Maintain company HRIS system and files.Manage and resolve workplace conflicts and employee relations issues.Identify and address training needs within the organization.Create and implement training programs for employees at all levels.Develop and implement succession planning strategies.Update salary structures and compensation policies.QualificationsMust be bilingual Spanish.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area7+ years of experience working in Human ResourcesStrong interpersonal and communication skills
