Our client is looking to fill the role of Contract Attorney - Commercial Real Estate. The NY Admitted Attorney will assist in the Commercial Real Estate practice of a midtown firm. This position will start the week of 429 on site 2-4 days per week and be able to work remotely the week of 422.Pay $100-150hour depending on experience.Responsibilities:Reviewing, analyzing, and managing legal due diligence (including title, survey, environmental, and zoning); non-disclosure agreements and LOI's, and managing and closing complex commercial real estate transactions.Required Qualifications:Must have 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate Experience.Must have significant experience in connection with commercial real estate transactions, including experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
