This is a critical role requiring expertise in handling complex legal documents and assisting in case preparation for litigation.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and summarize depositions effectively, ensuring detailed accuracy and relevance to the case.Take and transcribe dictation from legal professionals, converting spoken words into clear and organized written documents.Create comprehensive reports to be included with case briefs, contributing to the overall strategy and support of the litigation team.Manage and organize large volumes of documents, ensuring all materials are readily accessible and properly filed.QualificationsProven experience as a paralegal in document review, particularly in mesothelioma or construction defect litigation preferred. Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to produce well-crafted, error-free documents under tight deadlines.Fast and accurate typing skills, with a strong emphasis on grammatical correctness and no tolerance for typos [required].
