You'll contribute to the processing of a substantial volume of contracts while conducting 50-75 outbound calls daily, with a focus on appointment setting with potential leads.Additional Responsibilities:Initiating sales efforts for Livescan systems and services, targeting small, and mid-size, government agencies, and corporate clients, both new and existingConducting B2B outbound sales activities, employing various communication techniques to generate leads and follow up on them via telephoneExceeding assigned sales quotas and achieving customer experience scorecard metricsManaging customer relationships through lead generation, pipeline management, and effective communicationAdvising business customers on suitable solutions, seeking referrals for potential prospects, and closing web-generated leadsCollaborating with existing partnerships to refer complex opportunities to the outside sales teamPromptly addressing customer concerns and striving for first-call resolution or appropriate escalationMaintaining an up-to-date prospect database and opportunity funnel, ensuring timely order fulfillmentHandling multiple tasks simultaneously, including customer interactions and utilizing various software applicationsDemonstrating sound decision-making skills when utilizing sales strategies and processesEmbracing company operating principles and prioritizing customer satisfactionContributing to a positive team environment, fostering collaboration, and embracing new ideasActing with integrity and considering the best interests of colleagues, customers, investors, and communities.Note: this is a US-based remote work position.What You May Need to be Successful:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in high-ticket SaaS sectorDemonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growthWhy First Advantage is Your Next Big Career MoveFirst Advantage is going through a technology transformation!
