The entry-level litigation attorney will be responsible for all aspects of personal injury litigation in car accidents and premises accidents which include: handling depositions, arbitration hearings, jury trials, drafting pleadings, motions and other litigation filings, appearing in court proceedings, and participating in all aspects of litigation support and trial preparation. We are a heavy volume law firm that has had significant growth.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Illinois State BarStrong research and writing skillsExcellent analytical and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesNo prior experience required
