Kline is seeking a Global Human Resource Manager who reports to the CEO and plays a critical role in executing HR initiatives across multiple global offices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing learning and development, career development, and succession planning. In addition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The HR Manager will collaborate with executive leadership to ensure that our organization's human resources functions align with our business goals and values.The Manager must be culturally sensitive, globally experienced, and comfortable in championing change management in this independent,hands-on role. The Manager will recommend and roll out policies and best practices that are inclusive, guide global employment action processes, and support global benefits and compensation.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management and skills assessment and development.Coach business partners in career development, leadership and management practicesPartner with all business units to drive the effectiveness and utilization of people, ensuring a challenging and positive work environment for all employees aligned with organizational values and novate the engagement and retention strategy, driving opportunity for all while attending to the impact of working in a fast-paced environment of changeOversee and direct comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are competitive and cost effective, including senior executive compensationParticipates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are metPartner with Global Recruitment on talent strategy including workforce models, skills and talent change and evolve people planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill identified gapsAdditional responsibilities:Maintain a high-quality global HR operations function, overseeing all policy, process and procedure documentation.Support HR due diligence (terms and conditions of employment, infrastructure and documentation) and manage the maintenance of international office employee handbooks and guides for EOR-hired staff.Support annual employee benefits renewals for all registered offices and EORs in plan design and budget.Handle appraisal process, along with onboardingoffboarding process.Work closely with CFO and finance teamA well-qualified candidate will possess the following:RequiredHuman Resources professional with 8+ years of progressive human resources operations experiencesWorking knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal andemployment laws.Broad understanding of global employment law and compliance, compensation, benefits, and policy and procedure developmentProficient computer skills - especially Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and HRISHRM systems.Experience in US labor and employment laws and legal resources.Experience in building HR operations with a DEI focus and spirit.DesirableSubject matter expertise in HR strategy and operations.
