Currently, we provide the flexibility of a hybridflex-hour work schedule.Due to our sustained growth, we are in search of a Senior MEP Project Manager to join our vibrant team at our Syosset LI Office.Responsibilities:Ensure that all projects are completed in a logical sequence and within budget, resolving conflicts and issues as they arise. Maintain technical and performance standards agreed upon by the firm. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the firm, nurturing client relationships. Develop and mentor design and technical support staff to enhance their capabilities. Monitor manpower staffing and resource utilization in relation to approved budgets and project requirements. Lead project teams on multi-discipline projects, coordinating efforts with other disciplines, sub-consultants, and subcontractors. Prepare project cost reports and adjust project programming to meet budgetary constraints. Participate in proposal preparation and presentations across various segments of the firm's capabilities. Actively engage in business development initiatives and maintain client relationships by attending meetings and addressing inquiries or issues. Undertake other duties as assigned to foster growth, enhancement, and leadership within the MEP group. Utilize engineering and design software such as Autodesk Revit MEP & AutoCAD for assigned tasks.Qualifications:Possess over 10 years of relevant MEP engineering experience. Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Professional Engineer license required. Demonstrate expertise in MEP engineering design and management, with knowledge of the design process from proposal through construction phases. Preferably, have experience in healthcare projects. Thorough understanding of New York City & NYS Building Codes. Capable of working independently and meeting strict deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and leadership abilities at the project level with clients and teams. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.We offer a competitive salary based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and a positive work environment.
