Are you an IT Support professional seeking your next opportunity? We have a contract opening for an onsite Tier 2 Support Technician who will provide on-site first level technical hardwaresoftware support for client computers and other technologies for the company. Required Skills & Experience Demonstrates working knowledge of standard Windows operating system as related to PC system devices configurations and network configurations.Ability to diagnose and repair desktop and laptop systems.Ability to resolve multiple client hardwaresoftware technical problems.Ability to handle a fast paced, dynamic, volatile environment.Ability to get along well and deal with people in all levels of responsibility.High School Diploma required.Ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization.What You Will Be DoingDaily ResponsibilitiesIdentify and resolve various computer hardwaresoftware problems through discussions with users.Enter tickets into ServiceNowOccasional travel to another site for deskside assistanceInstall and support Windows desktop and notebook systemsProvide first and some second level phone support for identifying and troubleshooting technology-related problemsAssist IT operations team to resolve hardwaresoftware problems.Utilize the help desk system and adheres to IT Support guidelines.Ensure computer standards and policies are followed.Other duties as assigned.
