You'll be:• Communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.• Managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs.• Developing training plans for organizational changes in line with business needs.• Assessing training needs by department and individual.• Presenting training topics to all levels within the organization.• Assisting department leaders in defining positions relative to the tasks, skills, and knowledge required for each.• Helping standardize progression paths and wage rates for hourly growth.• Identifying and purchasing effective training media.• Assisting in the development of operating procedures for employee training.• Assessing the availability of outside training and funding sources.• Developing the training skills of personnel to facilitate training.• Coordinating training documentation requirements.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:• Have a Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience.• Have experience in training and design preferred.• Have manufacturing experience preferred.• Have solid organization and planning skills.• Are self-starting with a strong work ethic.• Have strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).• Have excellent communication skills, including the ability to present.• Have business writing skills.• Have demonstrated ability to develop interactive training programs.• Have the ability to utilize multiple media platforms for training facilitation.What happens next:Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
