Apex Medical Center is currently seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV 89106.Who We Are:Apex Medical Center is a comprehensive practice and offers services beyond pain management. Patients from the greater Las Vegas area turn to the Apex Medical Center team for help with many different medical conditions, including diabetes, allergies, gastrointestinal issues, skin ailments, and more.About the Role:Assistant Manager supports the Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a medical office. This role involves coordinating staff, managing patient services, and ensuring the office adheres to regulatory and safety standards. The Assistant Manager acts as a liaison between the medical staff, patients, and administrative personnel, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.What You'll Do:in the management of office operations to ensure the highest quality of patient care.staffing needs, including scheduling, training, and evaluating office staff performance.maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including patient privacy laws and safety managing patient records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.patient appointments, billing, and insurance verification processes.support in financial management, including budgeting, billing, and accounting activities.patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.with the procurement and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.office policies and procedures and ensure staff munication between medical, administrative, and support staff.the Office Manager in strategic planning and improvement the management of office IT systems and electronic health records (EHR) systems.Our Ideal Candidate:Education and Experienceof 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting as Administrative support with supervisory experience preferredor bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related fieldin Microsoft Office and medical office software (e.g., EHR systems)in Spanish - Speak, Read and Write - strongly preferredto travel to all three Apex Medical Center locations as neededRequired Skills and AbilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on patient service.to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.with strong analytical and decision-making skillsunderstanding of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, and healthcare billing proceduresorganizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:pay; commensurate with experience ($18-$22an hour)package is available; Health, and Dental Insurance, in addition to, paid holidays, sick leave, and 401(k)
