Come discover what different can mean for you.The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.The Senior Retail Technology & Systems Specialist represents Marmaxx (TJ Maxx & Marshalls) Store Operations and Field in all IT System projects impacting stores. Leads special projects related to operational and technical changes. Sets the roadmap for future enhancements to be delivered by IT teams. Evaluates store systems applications and serves as an internal consultant to ensure the business needs are being met. Spends time in stores gathering direct feedback and testing new solutions. Coordinates with cross functional project teams to perform the assessment, design, development, pilot, implementation, and evaluation of systems. Aligns instructional design and technical training programs.Determines which operational and project changes best support the roadmap.Participates in evaluation, design and development of processes, systems, or programs developed internally and externally.Operational business consultant to the ZoneRegional offices and solicits representatives from field management to be part of the project team when appropriate.Prepare and present data and information to all levels.Liaison between IT team and StoreField Operations.Provides problem solving, procedural, and technical support to store associates, management, and field management for all systems, including POS, Cash Office, Inventory Management, Markdowns, and other Back Office systems.Responsible for evaluating and making recommendations to next level of management as to which would best fit the company's business needs.Responsible for working with vendors and partners on design plete end user testing, determine ROI business cases, and facilitates ongoing meetings to discuss any issues.Determines right sizing of IT assetshardware in store.Evaluates store sales trends to determine the best matrix of hardware in stores.Follows up on day-to-day operations to ensure overall technical support processes meet business needs and are effective to stores.Who We Are Looking For: You.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.3 years + store management, operations or IT experienceStrong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) experienceUnderstanding and familiarity of IT and TechnologyWe care about our culture, but we also prioritize your needs!Competitive PayHybrid Work EnvironmentWeekly paychecksPaid time awayPrograms to support environment and corporate responsibilityTAAP - TJX Associate Assistance ProgramsAssociate DiscountCareer Development OpportunityBe a part of an inclusive teamBenefit programs and eligibility terms vary across our global locations.
