Job Description

ZAG Interactive is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the digital space, self-motivated, love a challenge and be passionate about the company they work for. This position will be the point of contact with clients while working directly with internal staff to manage multiple accounts. As an advocate for our clients, Digital Account Managers will identify solutions and opportunities to help achieve and exceed client expectations. The Digital Account Manager will report to the AVP of Account Management.ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships, maintain, and enhance interactions with identified clients, while serving as day-to-day contact for identified clientsEnsure that clients are satisfied with deliverables and escalate feedback to managementTake initiative and review client website analytics to determine opportunitiesDevelop strategic plan to communicate new ideas cross-sell ZAG servicesStay up to date on features of all CMS's ZAG builds on as well as overall industry technologies and trendsCoordinate recurring meetings with dedicated clients.Maintain updated client notes and minutes from meetingsAct as resource manager for new requestsKeep CRM (Zoho) up to date with all meeting notes, key client interactions, etc.Track hours used for each client and report both internally as well as to the client, when applicableManage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environmentAct as project manager for small client projects utilizing Workfront for resourcingWork with team members to scope new client work and create cost summaries as needed for new client workRequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or account servicing position, ideally in the digital spaceUnderstanding of web technologies and the web development life cycleExperience with small project managementAbility to work collaboratively with team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThrive in deadline-driven, fast-paced work environmentExperience with Workfront (project management tool) or Zoho (CRM) is a plusPrevious experience in a digital agency is a plus
