Our team looks forward to hearing from you.😊  Information Technology TechnicianProvide user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. Direct assistance with IT team members; upgrades or other tasks.Specific duties:·      Collect customer requests and data and provide internal technical support in person, via phone, IM or e-mail.·      Conduct basic troubleshooting using questionnaires to find out the level of support needed.·      Create tickets for Level 2 support.·      Assist with common problems such as username and passwords issues, menu navigation, verification of hardware and software, installation issues, and setup.·      Assist in the creation of IT documentation or documentation for self-help.·      Provide software development and patch management.·      Maintain VOIP telephone system.·      Assist in managing backup system and process.·      Inventory and asset of IT hardware. Qualifications:·      Minimum of one year network management and desktopuser support experience. A degree or certificate in computer science or a similar field would count as one year. ·      Familiar with all current Microsoft server and desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office, familiarity with Autodesk products and large and small format plotters and printers.·      Strong problem solving, technical and analytical skills.·      Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical solutions in non-technical terms.·      Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.·      Ability to multi-task in time sensitive situations.
