In addition, HTH also owns and operates FCC-licensed Eligible Telecommunication Carriers (ETCs) offer Lifeline, Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Prepaid wireless services to consumers in all 50 states under four consumer brands: AirVoice Wireless, Cintex Wireless, AirTalk Wireless, and TAG Mobile.ResponsibilitiesDesigns and develops programs, policies, and practices to ensure that the organization complies with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.Oversees internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes.Tracks relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards and implements changes to compliance processes and stakeholder training as required.Supervises the compliance associate.Engages with outside counsel, as needed.Prepares compliance status reports for internal management.Manages corporate governance processes, including record-keeping, scheduling, and filings.Supports special projects through research, organization, and project assistance.Reviews marketing materials, announcements, filings, and presentations for regulatory compliance.Performs other responsibilities based on experience, abilities, and interest.Qualifications and RequirementsDegree in Business, Law or related field5 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as regulatory compliance, risk management, legal, or audit functionsStrong organizational and record keeping skillsUnderstanding of legal compliance in reviewing marketing materials, filings, and presentationsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAdaptable and open to working on a variety of mattersHigh ethical standards, ability to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive informationMust be able to pass a nationwide background check drug screen
