Commercial Real Estate Lending team seeks attorney to assist in all components of sophisticated commercial real estate and private equity financings for highly diversified real estate clients with a focus on commercial lender representation.Responsibilities:Manage all phases of commercial real estate lending transactions independently, from inception to closing, for Real Estate lenders.Draft and review commercial Real Estate loan documents. Experience with mezzanine, construction, balance sheet, and bridge loans.Review commitment letters, term sheets, fee letters, credit agreements and ancillary loan documents.Review title reports, real estate surveys, and oversee title clearance.Review entity organizational documents and other required due diligence.Handling lending and debt finance related to property acquisition leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancing, and other transactions.Creation of real estate joint ventures and complex acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactionsOversee Real estate secured finance transactions, workouts, and restructuringsRequirements:6-10+ years commercial real estate and commercial lender representation experience.Excellent time management skills to oversee a volume of transactions.High level of independence and multitasking capabilities.AnalyticalProficiency in Microsoft Office 365Exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills.Effective communication and written skills for client contact.Benefits:Competitive compensation commensurate with experience plus fee share commission & tremendous business development potentialHybrid Work ScheduleExcellent Opportunity for GrowthProfessional developmentHealth insuranceFSAEAPDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time-off401k Plan with matching
