Russell Investments is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner based in New York to provide strategic and tactical HR support to the North American Go-To-Market and Global Marketing this role, the Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders to address people-related issues and challenges, develop HR strategies and programs, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. They will serve as the lead HR contact for the New York office, managing employee relations matters and partnering with global HR Business Partners.The successful candidate will cultivate strong partnerships with leaders and associates globally, driving impactful change in a fast-paced environment. Russell Investments is seeking a proactive team player with exceptional communication and coaching skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs.Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000In addition to competitive compensation, the total rewards package includes an annual performance bonus and participation in benefits programs covering healthcare, retirement, vacation, and wellbeing.Key Responsibilities:Develop strong business relationships, providing strategic HR support and coaching to senior leaders and associates.Partner with business leaders to anticipate and address people-related issues and challenges.Design and implement HR strategies and programs focusing on recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and performance management.Lead HR operations and ensure adherence to policies, practices, and procedures.Foster a diverse, inclusive, and productive work environment aligned with company values.Lead performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes.Manage onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews, identifying trends and issues.Utilize HRIS to ensure data integrity, reporting, and manager education.Lead and assist with ad-hoc projects, including global initiatives.Qualifications:5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in financial services.Strong knowledge of HR regulations, employment law, and organizational design.Professional, consultative approach with excellent coaching and influencing skills.Ability to manage confidential information and handle situations diplomatically.Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field; HR certifications preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Workday HRIS.
