ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet office visitorsAnswer and direct inbound phone callsSort and scan daily mail; Track checks receivedCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesCoordinate technology requests for client meetings; Schedule in Office Space AppCoordinate Carrier MeetingsCoordinate trainings; Lunch and LearnsCoordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with colleagues and carriersPrepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners; ie Town Halls, office announcements, etc...Distribute time sensitive communication materials to appropriate partiesOrder office supplies and maintain inventoryCoordinate with facilities and vendorsMaintain office org chartBe a culture ambassador for colleagues; work with spirit committee on office eventsSupport CEO of Louisiana Companies and Querbes & NelsonPrepare and submit expense reports for CEOCoordinate travel for CEOSchedule meetings and appointments as needed for CEOMaintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documentsUphold a strict level of confidentialityProvide exceptional customer service and assist colleagues and clients whenever necessaryREQUIREMENTS:Must be highly organized and able to work independentlyMust be detail-oriented and very efficientMust be flexible and have a great attitudeMust have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPointWe embrace a culture that celebrates and promotes the many backgrounds, heritages and perspectives of our colleagues and clients.
