Human Resources ManagerHRBP - ONSITE FIVE DAYSObjective:The HR Manager for the United States is tasked with providing expert support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, leave management, payroll, talent development, and more. This role will drive change management initiatives and foster cultural advancement within the organization by embodying qualities of partnership, teamwork, and integrity. The primary focus will be on supporting multiple plants. Key Responsibilities:Lead recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, oversee organizational development, develop policies and procedures, administer compensation and benefits, manage HR information systems (HRIS), and drive employee engagement activities.Strategically allocate resources to attract, develop, and retain talent, demonstrating effectiveness in recruitment and retention strategies.Provide leadership and guidance to supervisors and managers in achieving their objectives.Collaborate with the HR Director to align HR strategies with business goals.Analyze HR needs and costs, utilizing lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in HR operations and systems, including timely processing of transactions and compliance with SOX regulations.Develop and implement employee relations policies, providing interpretation and guidance as needed.Drive performance management initiatives, including talent development and succession planning.Conduct training programs for talent development and management.Utilize HRIS and other systems to support data-driven decision-making.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with vestigate and address internal and external complaints.Oversee payroll and timekeeping processes, ensuring cross-training across municate HR metrics and their business impact to site leadership.Collaborate with Operations Leadership to ensure HR presence during swing shifts.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred. SPHRPHR certification is a plus.6+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a management role.Experience in supporting manufacturing facilities.Proficiency in HRIS databases, preferably Workday.Experience managing payroll process and HR administration.Strong business acumen and ability to partner with business leaders.Expertise in employee relations and recruiting.Excellent organizational, planning, leadership, and presentation skills.Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Travel Requirement: Approximately 10% of the time.
