Tax Director Job - Tinley Park, IL - HybridEssential ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all federal, state and local tax matters for the Company's US and international businesses.Responsible for completion and timely filing of federal, state and foreign income tax returns including all related analysis and support.Coordinate calculation and timely payment of all quarterly federal, state and foreign income tax estimates.Liaison with external tax advisors on tax structures and strategic planning opportunities to proactively maximize tax teraction with senior management on advanced tax planning strategies.Oversight over state and local tax (SALT) compliance and planning matters, including sales, property and real estate taxes.Management of federal and state tax audits.Responsible for accounting for income taxes for domestic and international entities.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervises two tax staff, including a Manager and Tax Staff AccountantQualificationsBachelor's degree in AccountingMasters in Taxation andor CPA preferred.Public Accounting foundation a must.10+ years of tax experience.5+ years of supervisory experience.For immediate consideration for this Tax Director job, please email your resume directly to: Snitowsky, CPA
