ZAG Interactive is looking for a mid level designer with experience in web and print to join our growing design team. As a designer, you will be responsible for balancing a multitude of projects to best serve the needs of our clients. The right candidate has experience providing engaging solutions to meet UX goals and is also ready to jump in and design social media campaigns or produce imagery for a 100-page website.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the project team to create large scale websites that translate user needs, client goals and project requirements into elegant solutionsProduce low-fidelity wireframessketches of proposed layouts to demonstrate design strategyDesign pixel-perfect screen mockups across multiple platforms and screen sizesEffectively convey design ideas to both internal teams and clientsConduct layout adjustments based on user, team and client feedbackProvide production support and photo sourcing for large websitesProduce designs for social media and integrated marketing campaignsAsk smart questions and make strategic design decisionsEfficiently manage time and deliverables to balance multiple projects at onceWork under the Creative Director to take direction and make adjustments as neededRequirementsA minimum of three (3) years of professional UXUI Design experienceBachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design or applicable fieldOnline portfolio with multiple examples of website designAn understanding of business goals and requirements, and the ability to translate them into creative digital experiencesMust be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.Demonstrated experience working through traditional design phases (discovery, wireframes, design mockups, builds)A deep understanding of and experience with responsive designA talent for clearly articulating design thinking and processStrong understanding of UX design principles and a solid foundation in layout and designExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsPlease have a URL or PDF available with portfolio samples of your work (including web design)
