The position will develop short and long-range plans and programs including actively pursuing partnerships with well-aligned customers, deepening relationships with current customers, and maximizing our retail partnerships.ResponsibilitiesIncrease sales in respective accounts, call prospective customers, establish buying cycles, and create a customersupplier relationshipManage existing business accounts utilizing effective call strategies, conceptual selling, creative problem solving, promotional planning, and merchandising, etc.Develop business partnerships with all classes of trade in order to promote our market leadershipSecure proper distribution with all channels of tradeArrange, manage, and participate in brand-building events in coordination with Events Marketing teamManage and maintain records, files, and reportsOperate district within assigned operating budgetPrepare sales information for customersEstablish buying influences, budgets, and purchasing criteria for assigned accountsSecure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillmentOther duties that may become necessaryRequirementsBasic consultative sales skills2-3 years of sales experience, preferably face to face direct salesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated effective negotiation and closing abilityStrong planning and analysis skills, and sound judgmentAbility to work well independently and within a team environmentAbility to use tablet computer, smartphone, and accessoriesAbility to reach overhead, bend at the waist, squat, and occasionally liftcarry up to 35 lbs. unassistedOvernight travel will be required, including driving an automobile and travel by aircraft andor trainSatisfactory driving record is required and must be maintainedIncumbent must be comfortable with exposure to shisha (hookah) smokingExcellent time managementArabic Speaking- highly desired
