We are searching for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse activities for our Moving & Relocation client based in Tampa, FL.To be a good warehouse supervisor, you must be skilled at optimising warehousing processes and an outstanding team leader. A great warehouse supervisor should be dependable and have strong organisational and time management abilities.Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:Supervising warehouse employees and everyday operations.Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.Monitoring and organising the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of products and commodities.Ordering supplies and ensuring adequate inventory levels.Checking for accuracy on orders, bills, things received, inventory, and deliveries.Maintaining records, reporting pertinent information, and generating any required documents.Ensuring basic maintenance standards and adhering to health and safety rules.Performing daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.Managing and maintaining fleets and municating and cooperating with different departments and clients.Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:Supervisor experience is essential idealling within the moving sector.Ability to carry large things (up to 50 lbs individually or 100 lbs team lift)Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar management role.Strong understanding of warehouse operations and management.Ability to manage time and delegate tasks.Excellent leadership and organisational puter familiarity with the Warehouse Management System is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry applications.Problem-solving abilities.Bilingual EnglishSpanish is preferred.If this sounds of interest, please don't hesitate to get in touch with Alchemy Global Talent Solutions today.
