Job Description

The Compensation Manager role serves to provide day to day support to our field organization related to our compensation programs. This role is a strategic partner and needs to be able to manage the programs as well as provide day to day support for those programs to those who need it. This is a functional working manager without any direct reports.The Compensation Manager will be responsible for the following on a day-to-day basis for the North American business:Administer compensation programs including annual and quarterly incentive plans, special incentive programs and spiffs and developmentadministration of specific functional programsDevelop and maintain company's pay structure within the HRIS systems and company's Job Title Matrix toolPerform competitive and market salarywage analysesReview bonuses or commissions for accuracyPerform internal compensation analyses and reviewsSupport performance management system initiatives such as annual performance reviews and other tools within the HR systemEnsure compliance with changing laws and regulationsWork with finance and operational teams to model out various incentivecompensation strategiesSupport initiatives around merit-based pay programReview salaries and setup for new job openingstitlesPerform audits of data within the HR system as neededQuarterly EEO reporting parameters for the organizationAbility to support other functions within Total Rewards & Benefits as needed or requiredRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources (or business-related degree)Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation or HR analytics roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Outlook and HRIS systems including reporting capabilityHigh degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability to perform vlookups, pivot tables, etc.Ability to partner collaboratively with functional leaders across all areas of the businessAbility to effectively manage projectsAbility to communicate effectivelyWe are a nationwide provider of security solutions and an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workforce.
