A sharp phone presence and a love for building rapport with our prospects and clients is a must!Minimum Requirements:2+ years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's Degree preferredFinancial industry experience preferredAdvanced skills with MS Office SuiteCRM experience preferredExperience in annuities and insurance preferredThis position requires that you possess the following skills:Ability to prioritize projects and manage timeSavvy customer service, to include excellent communication, both verbal and writtenStrong follow-throughGood-natured, positive attitudeAbility to demonstrate persistence to achieve qualityResponsibilities:Assisting the Financial Advisor in managing the branch office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include but are not limited to:Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm mannerBe the first point of contact for prospects and clientsMaintain office supplies and outgoing correspondenceAssist clients with issues and concernsBuild and improve upon client relationshipsDatabase managementSet appointments with clients and assist the Advisor with calendar managementPre-appointment preparation including compiling account summariesMaintain office filing system, both paper and electronicRecord notes from client conversationsAssist with various marketing objectivesOther industry-specific tasks as neededAssists Back - Office support initiatives andor core projects that support Advisory teams - including client review reviews and prospects plan prepProvide marketing support as needed including newsletters, blog, social, website, communications, events, etc.Salary:$20-$25 BOEBenefitsAfter 6 months:Full health insurance, including dental and visionGenerous PTO and Comp time401(k)Annual bonusHours: Monday - Friday8:30am-5:00pmSome evenings required for client eventsPresented by Advisor Employee Services Thank you for your interest in the Administrative Assistant role.
