IntePros is excited to partner with a Fortune 200 Investment Banking and Financial Company in helping them identify a Data Analyst Business Analyst for a critical engagement in New York City. Data Analyst Business Analyst role and responsibilities:As a Technical Business Analyst within Issuer Services Engineering, you will focus on the product vision and strategy by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of features. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing roadmaps and product priorities based on a deep understanding of client needs, insights, and in-depth data analysis. Success in this role will mean leaning heavily into agile delivery and leveraging all aspects of Design Thinking, including interviewing, persona mapping, brainstorming, storyboarding and feedback loops, etc.The role also requires an individual with a growth and commercial mindset, to be a problem- solver and a strategic thinker, who will be able to influence business execution with a creative and analytical mindset. You will be expected to work across transformational, cross-functional initiatives to accelerate the rm's client experience, transform the way we work, develop innovative fortable navigating a highly matrixed organization, with brilliant communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with all levels of seniority, from Technical Engineers to Senior ExecutivesLead the development and implementation as a technical product expertLiaise with subject matter experts in Operations, Client Service, Product, Analytics, Transaction Management, Relationship Management and Engineering teams to ensure that the development is aligned with customer feedbackComprehend product challenges and innovate solutions for achieving development objectives with greater efficiencyManage and build data pipelines for seamless flow of information across connected systemsAuthor complete and high-quality user stories describing desired future state processes and functionality, providing product, operations, QA, UX, database, design & development audiences with sufficiently elaborate descriptions and acceptance criteriaSet the methods and standards for eliciting requirements, defining standards and quality targets whilst managing multiple stakeholder perspectives and expectationsIdentify business problemsopportunities and define the most suitable approach to ensure that recommendations fit with strategic business objectivesComprehend product challenges and innovate solutions for achieving development objectives with greater efficiencyPartner with UX Designer to bring alive the desired user experienceDesign, lead and facilitate workshops with both internal, external andor 3rd party engineering teamsContribute to the firms digitization journey information sharing medium (i.e. blog posts, podcasts, etc.) to share thought leadership, knowledge gained, and multiply success to the rest of the organizationKnowledge and Experience:5-8 years of experience in business analysis or technical product manager relatedPortfolio showcasing applied knowledge of Design Thinking, creating elegant solutions to challenging problems, versatility in dealing with different technology stacks platformsProven track record in fast moving agile environment with particular emphasis on experience in backlog refinement, user story creation and successful collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams across time zonesExperience successfully enabling change at scale - across people, process and technology domains, and within a range of associated delivery frameworks, including agileExtensive knowledge in development of detailed business cases, capturing benefits and benefits realizationExpert in business analysis or technical product managerHaving the growth and commercial mindset with continuous learning ethosExperience in Issuer Services or Loans administration and servicing is a plusEducation:BachelorsUniversity degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or related fieldMasters degree will be desiredSix Sigma certification will be desired
