Summary:LSS is hiring an HR Generalist for our Concordia Village location in Springfield, IL. This HR professional provides support in various HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and policy administration. Essential Duties:Addresses employee inquiries and provides guidance on HR policies.Facilitates new hire processes and onboarding.Maintains HR records and ensures compliance with policies.Assists in managing employee relations and counseling.Coordinates training programs and activities.Manages special projects like employee recognition and wellness programs.Handles external HR-related requests.Ensures compliance with Federal and State posting requirements.Manages reports and recommends improvements based on data analysis.Processes tuition reimbursement and leave of absence requests.Conducts staff exit interviews as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.Minimum two years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.Strong knowledge of HR management principles.Understanding of employment law and regulations.Excellent communication and computer skills.Ability to work independently and flexibly
