Title: Director of Strategic Initiatives - Program Management and Quantitative AnalysisLocation: New York, NY or Winston Salem, NC hybrid on pensation: $150K to $185K base plus incentives. Contract to hire is also available. $75 to $95 per hour W2.Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US Job DescriptionPartner with senior leadership in the Technology, Product, Legal and Risk organizations to set and deliver against initiative objectivesOwn the execution of initiatives from program structure to completion; may own independently or lead the efforts of program manager(s) andor program analyst(s) to plan and execute with qualityThoughtfully and critically analyze issues and considerations within initiatives to ensure stakeholders are positioned to make informed decisionsEnsure materials creatively and effectively drive conversation and ensure visibility of key program considerationsDrive accountability across all initiative stakeholders to ensure the needs of the firm are metProactively manage and mitigate risks associated with initiative execution and EPMO processesProactively identify and remediate inefficient processes that do not support deliveryIdentify creative and sustainable processes to create and maintain multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned to the firm's strategic goalsManage the growth and development of 1 or more program manager andor program analyst resourcesSkillset ExperienceBachelor's degree or commensurate experienceMinimum 7 years' experience successfully leading strategic initiatives as a consultant, programportfolio leader or other similar role delivering complex, enterprise-wide programs in the financial industryMinimum 5 years people managementDeep knowledge of program management principles, controls and KPI'sProven ability to influence all levels of an organization with a track record of thoughtful and effective influence of C-level business and technology leadersCollaborative team player with the ability to build relationships across functions and organizationsExceptional communication skillsDeep commitment to resource developmentKnowledge of payments industry systems and productsUnderstanding of financial regulatory environmentAbout INSPYR Solutions: Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
